Everyone wants to feel good about themselves, their relationships, and their place in the world. My work centers around helping you to explore what blocks you from being fully satisfied with your life and yourself.
Sometimes this is internal and due to low mood, anxiety, distressing thoughts and behaviors or a negative sense of self. Sometimes this is due instead to external pressures: unfulfilling relationships, a lack of fit with our environment — past or present — or a life transition.
I believe that everyone has the capacity to create a life that feels safe and serene. Working together we can change patterns that no longer work for you– letting you enjoy a new relationship with yourself, others and the world.
